Installation is very easy and it just took 2 minute to install camera over Wifi using the user manual available within the package. Q3-How to reset camera password?
To reset camera, Just power on camera and then press reset button for 5 sec. camera will make reset sound.
Q4-How to record in camera ?
Simply insert a SD card in the camera and it will start recording, or you can purchase cloud service from application and record on cloud.
Q5-Can I mount this on wall horizontally?
Yes you can mount this device on wall and manually rotate this in 360 degree .
Q6-How many cameras can be seen in the app?
You can install as many cameras as you want to install in the app, but at a current time you can see only 1 camera.
Q7-Does this run on a battery?
No It doesn’t. the camera runs on DC 5V/2A power adapter.
Q8-Will it work without router? I mean direct connection. Is this has inbuilt Hotspot?
It will work with any internet source that can be WiFi, router mobile hotspot etc. Also, this camera create it’s own hotspot as well.
Q9-Do we have to subscribe to a service to see live view from the app?
No, You just download the app and make an account. Then when you log into the app you have full control from there! You can even watch live video on multiple devices as well
Q10-How to download the recorded video?
Simply on the application, click on the recording button and you can download your video from there.
Q11-Can I use it as outdoor(in direct sun light) security camera ?
We do not recommend to use it outdoor as it is built only for indoor purpose but however in any circumstances, if required, It can be used outdoor under a shed, but should be protected from direct sunlight and rain.
