Q1-If both wifi and sim are used, will we get 2 notifications? What happens if wifi is not working temporarily due to connectivity issues.?
The first priority is wifi based notification on your mobile application if there is no wifi connection then it will automatically comes on GSM sim based notification, via calls or sms.

Q2-does it have battery backup in case power failure?
Yes, Control unit have battery backup of upto 10 hours.

Q3-What is the coverage area of main Control unit ?
In open area, its coverage area is 100 meter.

Q4-What is the warranty of this?

    Easy to set up and easy to use. Setting can be changed to your liking on whatever room you wish to arm. You can have a full set which will activate all sensors or you can customise the home set option to arm only the sensors you wish (very handy if you have a dog, which I do). Alarm siund comes from the box outside as well as the main control panel, making for a loud alarm to warn off any wannabe intruders.

    Had it working for 6 months. No false alarms so far. Seems to work well when tripped by accident. The sensors had good range. I extended the cable for the power cable so that i could put my base unit somewhere more discrete. The downside is that you can’t hear the beeping as you enter or leave, so i bought some of the key fobs to allow arming and disarming outside.

    Quality built product with amazing customer care support. Bought this last week and it was so simple to configure. I got some problem while configuring the outdoor hooter, but d3d support team was really pro active to help. Provided support over phone and sent video as well. highly recommended for every home. Guys- please don’t waste your money on any other cheap product available in market. security systems are not fancy gadgets. so buy quality product from a reputed company.
