Q1-How to Install camera
Installation is very easy and it just took 2 minute to install camera over Wifi using the user manual available within the package. Apart From this installation video is also available on the youtube and installation video section on this page. In case if you still faces issue, You can customer care service to get end to end support
Q2-How to reset camera password?
To reset camera, Just power on camera and then press reset button for 5 sec. camera will make reset sound.
Q3-How to record in camera ?
Simply insert a SD card in the camera and it will start recording, or you can purchase cloud service from application and record on cloud.
Q4-Can I mount this on wall horizontally?
Yes you can mount this device on wall and manually rotate this in 360 degree .
Q5-How many cameras can be seen in the app?
You can install as many cameras as you want to install in the app, but at a current time you can see only 1 camera.
Q6-Does this run on a battery?
No It doesn’t. the camera runs on DC 5V/2A power adapter.
Q7-Will it work without router? I mean direct connection. Is this has inbuilt Hotspot?
It will work with any internet source that can be WiFi, router mobile hotspot etc. Also, this camera create it’s own hotspot as well.
Q8-Do we have to subscribe to a service to see live view from the app?
No, You just download the app and make an account. Then when you log into the app you have full control from there! You can even watch live video on multiple devices as well
Q9-How to download the recorded video?
Simply on the application, click on the recording button and you can download your video from there.
Q10-Can I use it as outdoor(in direct sun light) security camera ?
We donot recommend to use it outdoor as it is built only for indoor purpose but however in any circumstances, if required, It can be used outdoor under a shed, but should be protected from direct sunlight and rain.
Q11-Does your camera support only Android?
VIMTAG camera supports Android as well as I-Phone and it works on a window computer as well using the computer CMS software.
Q12-what is the imaging distance for this camera?
During day time it covers upto 30 m and during night, it covers upto 10 m vision.
Q13-Does the camera support two way audio communication or not?

I have bought this after looking several ip cams. And I feel this cam surpasses every other brands. Camera provides clear picture and vdo , during night also the picture is clear enough to watch. Setting up the device take less than 2 mins.
The hardware is sturdy and firm. The adaptor cable is long to place the camera at suitable places.

Satisfied with the product, Whatever the feature and configuration is mentioned on the site It worked for me. Camera looks cool and cute, as it is white in colour so hardly can be noticed from a distance.
Very easy to setup and configure the wifi, Mobile app works well.
Images are clear only with 720p daylight, with 64Gb SD card it can record 16 days only.
One concern is that accessing the recorded videos takes time over Wifi, I have not tried on LAN connection yet. Unable to download desktop application.
